Therapies

1. Keraliyan Abhyanga (The medicated herbal oil Massage)

Keraliyan Abhyanga is not only a massage; it is a therapy where the oil is applied using soft and gentle strokes . The mere soaking of the body in the prescribed oil for the said duration yields wide ranging benefits such as good appetite, good sleep at night and reduced stress levels. It removes fatigue and daily aches and pains, gives a glowing skin and most importantly helps to build immunity. Abhyanga is followed by Herbal steam bath which removes stiffness of body and removes toxins. 

2. Pidichhil

A typical keraliyan massage in which a warm oil is poured on your body with continuous massage by two therapists. Their hands glide along your body easing your body into state of deep relaxation. Warm oil lubricates and relaxes all your muscles and joints and you feel completely rejuvenated. 

3. Navarakizzhi

It is effective rejuvenating full body massage technique. The body is pressed with small bundles filled with rice cooked in milk and herbal decoction. This treatment gives relief from body ache, Osteo arthritis, rheumatic problems, it strengthens tissues, leaves skin smooth and body relaxed.

4. Padabhyanga

It is a special Ayurvedic feet massage up to the knees with suitable Ayurvedic herbal medicinal oil. Feet are very important part in our body, because nerves from many organs terminate in the feet. During Padabhyanga pressure points on the feet are massaged with benefits of complete relaxation. This treatment helps to calm the mind, maintain good eyesight, hearing, improves peripheral circulation.
